Welcome to BrickHavenShop. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of brickhavenshop.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

BrickHavenShop is an independent online LEGO store based in Florida, United States, shipping worldwide. We are not part of the LEGO Group, and we are not sponsored, authorized, or endorsed by them. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group.

2. Eligibility

Our Site is safe for all ages to browse. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Descriptions

We sell genuine, original LEGO sets. We work hard to describe every product accurately, including set number, theme, and condition (for example, “new, factory sealed”).

• Product images are for illustration. Packaging may vary between production runs.
• We do not sell copies, clones, or third-party bricks.
• Colors may appear differently depending on your screen.

If a product is listed incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full (see Section 5).

4. Pricing and Currency

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and euros (EUR).
• Prices may change at any time without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies.
• Promotional pricing (such as our current 40% off sale) applies while the promotion is live and may end at any time.
• Where taxes, duties, or import fees apply, these are explained in Section 6.

5. Orders and Acceptance

• Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch your order.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, there is a pricing or description error, we suspect fraud, or we cannot ship to your address.
• If we cancel your order, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Customs

• US orders over $150: free shipping, typically delivered in 1–2 business days.
• US orders under $150: flat $10 shipping, typically delivered in 1–2 business days.
• International orders: flat $25 shipping to any country, typically delivered in 2–4 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen because of carrier issues, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
• In most cases, we cover import duties and taxes on international orders. In some cases, these may be the customer’s responsibility. If any customs fee applies to your order, we will let you know before dispatch.
• Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, except where local law says otherwise.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Our full policy is on the Returns & Refunds page. In summary:

• You may cancel an order before it is dispatched.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, in unused, unopened condition, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8. Discounts and Promotions

• Our current store-wide discount (40% off every set) is applied automatically. No code is needed.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless we say so.
• We may change or end a promotion at any time.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Copy, scrape, or republish our content or images without permission
• Interfere with the Site’s security or operation
• Impersonate BrickHavenShop or any other person

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, product descriptions, logos, and design, is owned by BrickHavenShop or used with permission. LEGO® and related marks belong to the LEGO Group. You may not copy, scrape, or republish our content or images without our written permission.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

13. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrickHavenShop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death, personal injury, or fraud).

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify BrickHavenShop against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
